What is the process of getting our furniture designed and manufactured?

Either order via the on line shop (Home> The Range> Kitchen) or Kitchen Designer. For Kitchen Designer instructions go to (News> Kitchen Designer- Step by Step Instruction).

At any stage you can call us on 0800 888 980 for advice or help on designing/ordering.
On receiving your order and payment, we firstly enter the cabinet details into our CNC optimising and production planning system. Secondly order any Materials, Hardware and appliances not in stock. Thirdly manufacture and dispatch. You will be emailed to arrange any freight details before ordering.

How long does it take to receive our furntiure?

15 working days max, subject to availability of materials. Plus freight.

Do you install the kitchens you supply?

Yes, we can arrange this in the Taranaki area. Other areas, not at this stage, but we are actively seeking approved installers and tradespersons throughout the country. To keep updated with other areas, please view the Store Locator page

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, bank transfer and Q-Card.

Do you offer finance?

We offer 3 month default interest free through Q-Card and this is automatically applied to your account if you use your Q-Card to pay for your items. We are working with Q-Card to deliver some customised finance packages together.

We have a custom design that we need completing. Are you able to do this?

Of course we do, that’s what we specialise in. Just get in contact with the team and we can discuss your specific requirements.

What guarantees do you offer?

We are so confident in the quality build of all our products that we offer a 10-year guarantee on our workmanship. All the hardware we use is covered by our supplier’s warranties (Life time of cabinets). Tops and any appliances are also covered by the original warranty. If we get it wrong we will fix it, at no charge to our clients, but with our stringent quality control process, this doesn’t not happen often at all … its just our dedication to our customers and our own high standards.

Do you offer freight services?

We arrange freight throughout the country and work with a range of suppliers to ensure that you get the best price. Once we know the size and weight of your order, we will work with freight partners and provide you with the best option

What type of handle and can we have a handle of our choice?

Our cabinets come with a Basic Handle (Mardeco 4400 Dimaro). Yes, you can have any handle you wish. Contact us for a Quote.
